In other words
Met Andere Woorden is the professional journal Bijbel & vertalen of the Dutch-Flemish Bible Society. It keeps you up to date in the field of Bible translation and publishes inspiring articles at the intersection of translation and exegesis. The journal is written in an accessible style, even for those who do not master Greek and Hebrew.
Bible Study Program Slavery & Freedom
The Dutch-Flemish Bible Society received a request from various churches to develop material to reflect on slavery from a biblical perspective. The aim was to help churches and Bible readers grasp the nature of slavery in the Bible and to read and learn about the biblical perspective of freedom for all people. This is, therefore, the approach taken by this booklet, titled * Called to Be Free *.

Bible Basics
The Bible in 200 stories; that is Bijbel Basics . With Bijbel Basics, we promise that children aged 4 to 12 will have heard and processed the 200 most essential Bible stories twice. This lays a broad foundation for children's biblical upbringing and does justice to the richness of the Bible.
Internships in Bible translation
Are you a theology student interested in Bible translation? It is possible for theology students (university or higher professional education) to complete a research internship with us. This internship is a way to get acquainted with the field of Bible translation, the NBG as an organization, and an opportunity to conduct independent research under supervision.
