Agreements with service providers
On behalf of the NBG, business service providers may perform specific components of the service provision in execution of an agreement, acting as a processor or co-controller within the meaning of the GDPR. This specifically concerns the following categories of service providers:
- Marketing (for example, a telemarketing agency or marketing consultancy);

- Logistics and shipping (for example, a postal delivery company).
The NBG makes agreements with such service providers to ensure the confidential and careful handling of personal data. These agreements are contractually recorded, for example in so-called 'processor agreements'.
Payment services
To process payments (in connection with purchases or donations), the NBG uses the services of Mollie, among others.
If you make a payment via one of our websites, personal data is shared with Mollie and one or more companies affiliated with Mollie for the purpose of processing the payment.
You can read more information about which data this concerns, and for what purpose, at https://www.mollie.com/nl/privacy
Data sharing with third parties
Apart from situations mentioned in this privacy statement, the NBG does not provide your personal data to third parties. Personal data is only provided to enforcement authorities or fraud prevention organizations when necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

In accordance with the provisions of the CBF, the NBG registers complaints from members, donors, and other relations. These complaints are analyzed periodically; the results are used to improve service delivery.
